Infostructure Specialists, LLC was established in July 2007 to meet some of the new challenges being see in an ever increasing, competitive global market place where corporations sell their products and services. With over 25-years of organizational change and infrastructure management experience, I have seen corporations struggle to remain competitive in their market space due to outdated infrastructures. Infostructure Specialists was established to help break down barriers that corporations frequently experience as they grow and mature. We work with both existing and newly established business to focus on business planning, business practice re-engineering, achieving certifications, and developing and implementing processes that strengthen their business infrastructure. We also analyze existing business practices using Six Sigma and barrier analysis methods that focus on continuous improvement activities that directly impact efficiency, resource utilization and cost savings.
